PADI Instructor Development Course
More than a course. A transformation.
Led by PADI Course Director Ahmed Elbana, this IDC is built on one belief: that every passionate diver carries the potential to inspire the next generation underwater.
Explore the Program01 / Overview
Becoming a PADI Instructor is one of the most fulfilling decisions a diver can make. At every step of this program, our focus is not simply on helping you pass your Instructor Examination — it is on shaping you into a confident, skilled, and genuinely impactful dive educator. This is a real development journey. A life-changing experience. We go far beyond exam preparation to ensure you emerge as a solid instructor, ready to inspire others and share the ocean's wonder for years to come.
"Our philosophy is not to get you ready for the IE. Our philosophy is to get the very best out of your potential — and help you build a teaching career worth being proud of."
— Ahmed Elbana, PADI Course Director
We treat your IDC as a personal and professional development program, not a checkbox exercise. You will be challenged, supported, and elevated.
Passing the Instructor Examination is the milestone, not the destination. We build instructors who thrive throughout their entire teaching careers.
Former candidates consistently describe this program as one of the most transformative experiences of their lives — professionally and personally.

04 / Why Choose Us
Many IDCs exist. Ours is different. Here is why candidates travel from around the world to train with Ahmed Elbana and our team.
You train directly under a PADI Course Director — the highest individual teaching level in the PADI system — ensuring the deepest possible level of mentorship and accountability for your development.
Our curriculum goes far beyond the IE requirements. We invest in your real-world teaching readiness, communication skills, student management, and professional confidence.
We deliberately limit group sizes to ensure every candidate receives personalised attention, detailed feedback, and meaningful one-on-one time with their instructors throughout the program.
Train in exceptional open-water conditions offering diverse marine life, high visibility, and varied depth profiles — providing the ideal real-world classroom for developing dive educators.
Our commitment does not end at your IE. Alumni receive ongoing mentorship, professional connections, and career pathway guidance as they launch and grow their instructor careers.
Our candidates consistently achieve among the highest pass rates in the region — not because we teach to the exam, but because truly prepared instructors pass with confidence.
